Уважаемые читатели!
Традиционно Всесибирский конгресс женщин  математиков посвященный дню рождения Софьи Ковалевской проходит в Красноярске в январе один раз в два года на трёх научных площадках: Института Вычислительного моделирования СО РАН, Сибирского федерального университета, Сибирского технологического университета. Четырнадцать лет назад  15 января 2000 года 150летие со дня рождения выдающегося русского математика было торжественно отмечено лишь в двух городах мира – Красноярске и Стокгольме. Тогда научный мир Красноярска собрал ученых из Сибири, Дальнего Востока, Урала и Москвы. В это же время состоялось специальное заседание Шведской королевской Академии наук, с которой была тесно связана жизнь и научная деятельность С. Ковалевской. Поэтому от имени Конгресса было послано приветственное поздравление Стокгольмскому университету. И в разгар работы Конгресса получен ответ, в котором сообщалось, что 15 января в присутствии академика РАН О. А. Ладыженской, Российского посла А. Л. Никифорова и ректора Стокгольмского университета К. Линденкрона состоялось открытие бронзового бюста Софьи Ковалевской. Восьмой раз собираются математики в Красноярске, при этом надо отметить, что популярность настолько велика и среди мужчин, что более 50 % докладов составляют «мужские». И сама идея проведения Конгресса принадлежала мужчине, зам. директора Института вычислительного моделирования СО РАН профессору Горбаню А.Н.
Мы видим, как много может сделать небольшая группа ученых, собравшись из разных научных и учебных учреждений, объединившись только одной целью  продвигать математику в Красноярске, в России и за её пределами. Ими учтено и то, что надо задействовать все моменты для достижения цели. Поддержать молодых ученых, а это значит провести конкурс научных работ, тем самым практически подобрать им возможных оппонентов на защиту диссертаций. Подержать учителей, пригласив их на мастер – класс и поделиться передовыми разработками, и, конечно же, подчеркнуть значимость ученых в теоретической и прикладной математике. Особенно важно это в сегодняшние дни, когда интерес к Царице наук Математике гаснет.
Удивительно разнообразна и тематика докладов на Конгрессе. Традиционно на каждом Конгрессе один из пленарных докладов посвящен С.В. Ковалевской, например: «О вращении твердого тела вокруг неподвижной точки в работе С.В. Ковалевской» (доцент Щепановская Г.И.); «Софья Ковалевская глазами современников» (профессор Проворова О.Г.); "Nomen est omen "(Turne L., г. Стокгольм); «Стандарты третьего поколения или русские женщины в науке» (доцент Адмаев О.В.); «Софья Ковалевская первая женщинаматематик. Взгляд из наших дней» (профессор Захаров Ю.В.). Пленарные доклады дают толчок к новым идеям и решениям. «Геометрия пространств данных» (профессор University of Leicester Горбань А.Н.); «Четырехстадийная вычислительная технология в задачах аэродинамики» (членкорр. РАН, директор ИВМ СОРАН Шайдуров В.В.); «Эвентология и обобщенная теория неопределенности» (профессор Воробьев О. Ю.); «Моделирование рассуждений алгебраическими методами» (профессор Кулик Б.А.); «Космодром. Мне снится его рокот» (аспирант Вильямен В.).
Диапазон статей достаточно широк: есть информация и для размышления, и для обогащения педагогического опыта, и для обсуждения проблем и их решения. Будем надеяться, что они вызовут живой интерес к математике, её приложениям, и, конечно же, желание участвовать в работе следующего Конгресса.

Parameter identification problems in Mathematical modelling of processes Author: Avdeenko Tat’ana Vladimirovna Description: The main stages of constructing mathematical models based on experimental data are considered. At each stage the main problems of parametric identification leading to inadequate models are indicated. Special attention is paid to the property of model structure identifiability.
