      Уважаемые читатели!
      Этот выпуск журнала включает отобранные доклады участников 41 конференции, за которой в научных кругах давно закрепилось краткое, но ёмкое название Гурзуфской школы, возглавляемой с момента своего появления не менее известным Евгением Леонидовичем Глориозовым. Как всегда, содержание сборника отражает широкий спектр вопросов, отражающих современное состояние нашей науки в её самой актуальной области − информатизации.
      Более детально вы можете познакомиться с этими вопросами, прочитав сам сборник. Мне бы хотелось обратить Ваше внимание на два аспекта. Во-первых, многообразие рассматриваемых вопросов не должно превращаться в недееспособное научное мелкотемье. Нынешнее время ставит перед наукой и образованием крайне острые проблемы. Так, в образовании совсем недавно экс-министр А. А. Фурсенко призывал готовить не креативных исследователей − генераторов идей, а прикладников − пользователей готового продукта, в основном иностранного. Ныне геополитическая обстановка коренным образом изменилась и тот же Фурсенко признал ошибочность своей прежней точки зрения. Отсюда следует второй аспект − нужно существенно изменить парадигму исследований. В основу новой (вообще-то старой) парадигмы необходимо положить отказ от мелкотемья и переход к решению фундаментальных проблем. На мой взгляд, одной из таких проблем является интеграция гуманитарных и естественных наук с целью выработки научного обоснования гуманитарных решений, определяющих жизнь общества. Другой проблемой является разработка методов, активизирующих креативность мышления и способствующих развитию творческого подхода к решению самых разнообразных научных и инженерных задач. Желаю всем участникам успешно поработать, хорошо отдохнуть и продолжить славные традиции Гурзуфской школы во всех их проявлениях.

  • Argumentation in inductive notion formation

    Description:  The methods of processing incomplete and inconsistent information in such subsystems of intel-ligent decision support systems as a decision searching subsystem of acquiring and storing knowledge are considered. In the decision searching subsystem, the main stress is made on the application of argumentation with justification degrees. In the acquiring and completion subsystem, the generalization problem in conditions of inconsistent and incomplete data is solved. For data generalization, the algorithm based on the rough set theory is developed. Research of noise influence on the work of the suggested generalization algorithm is carried out. The results of program modelling are presented.

    Combined search in VLSI design

    Description:  The paper investigates the multipurpose search in the design based on the approaches inspired by the natural systems. Innovative and modified search architecture containing multilevel evolution is suggested in the given paper. So the decision process is parallelized and the problem of the algorithm preliminary convergence is partly eliminated. The fundamental difference of the suggested method is the division of the search process into two stages and various algorithms for each of them. Tests and experiments show the application perspectiveness for the developed ar-chitectures. The time complexity of algorithms is O(nlogn) in the best case and О(n3) in the worst case
