Author: Lakhtina O.A. / Lazareva E.G.
Description: Various forms of distance education are being widely introduced into school practice. However, their effectiveness has not yet been studied. The purpose of this study: to find out how well students are studying the topic proposed for distance learning, and how they relate to this new experience. We investigated the activities of students studying the topic of increased complexity in mathematics using the technology of distance learning, and the results of training on this topic. We analyzed the dynamics of changes in student performance in the process of mastering individual issues of this topic. We made a detailed analysis of learning outcomes and analysis of student survey results. Methodical recommendations on the construction of an educational and methodological complex and the form of its presentation in the electronic educational environment of the basic school are formulated. The directions of further research in this area are noted.

USING THE THEORY OF KARL POPPER FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF THE MODERN SCHOOL
Author: Pustovoitov Yu.L. / Pshenichnaya V.V.
Description: The article offers a description and critical evaluation of The use of the concept of K. Popper in modern learning. It is argued that training involves the same actions as problem solving, that is, the process of trial and error. Despite the modernization, the modern education system works mainly on the model of knowledge transfer. Today, the use of the model of knowledge transfer is cost-effective and efficient, but modernity poses the task of forming a person who is able to think critically. That is why the school system needs to go beyond the model of knowledge transfer to give students the opportunity to pose problems, test their hypotheses and solve them by trial and error. The article emphasizes the relevance of the problems in education, which raises K. Popper, and offers ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process on the basis of the theory of problem solving.

ACCOMPANIMENT OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND ACTUALIZATION OF STUDENTS’ LIFE-CREATION POTENTIAL: REFLEPRACTIKA EXPERIENCE
Author: Fedorova E.P.
Description: The article presents the experience of reflekraktika in order to activate the potential of life-creation and the self-development of students. It justifies and describes the program of reflekratik “Actualization of the potential of life-twister.” The content and logic of building a program opens up the possibility for group participants to conduct their own reflection on their life path in a time perspective “past – present – future”. The reflexodrama procedure included in the program suggests psychodramatic improvisation using artistic images, allows for artistic self-actualization: a special psychological space of being is created - a reflexive “other world” in which participants immerse themselves in the world of images, the world of their imagination, in order to carry out a reflexive analysis of life situations. In the course of group work, the following stages of work are assumed: reflexive diagnostics, psychodramatization stage, including: “immersion” – “assigning an image” – “playing an image” – “exiting an image” and subsequent reflexive analysis. Reflektika is designed to encourage participants to self-analyze the life path and determine their ability to reach the active stage of life-creation.

METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION OF PARAMETERS OF ANALOG INFORMATION COMMUNICATION MODEL
Author: Andrashitov D.S. / Chuvikova V.V.
Description: The paper proposes an approach to estimating the unknown constant parameters of the mathematical model of analog signals used in modern measurement systems. Accounting for the physical features of such models leads to equations of state in the form of Lagrange equations of the second kind. Further identification requires the construction of a residual functional, the minimum of which is provided by the actual values of the unknown parameters. The formulated task is the inverse incorrect according to Hadamard. Its solution is reduced to the search for a stationary point at which the minimum of the smoothing functional is provided. For this purpose, an apparatus for asynchronous variation of the trajectory and needle variation of the disturbance is used. The search for minimum conditions by the method of successive approximation to a stationary point, and then the invariant immersion method to a two-point boundary value problem leads to an iterative algorithm for identifying parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed apparatus is confirmed by numerical simulation in the MathCad environment, a comparison of the results obtained by estimating the unknown parameters of the analog signal model with the results of the Kalman filter demonstrates the advantage of this approach.

PROBABILISTIC ANALYSIS OF CHARACTERISTICS RECOVERY CYCLE OF A COMPLEX TECHNICAL SYSTEM
Author: Kalinin V.M. / Shamraeva V.V.
Description: The problem of the efficiency of the recovery cycle management of a complex technical system is considered. In the process of operation of complex technical systems, failures of some elements occur, and the quality of the system as a whole deteriorates. At the same time, the nature of the costs of ensuring and restoring the quality of functioning of systems is antagonistic. For each specific system, it is necessary to study the relationship between the parameters of the recovery cycle and the indicators of the quality of its functioning in relation to the complex indicator of the economic efficiency of the system at all stages of its life cycle. The article deals with the evaluation and effectiveness of management of the recovery cycle of complex technical systems on the example of civil buildings. As it is known, in the housing sector, with constantly growing material expenditures for the technical operation of buildings, the quality level of their functioning changes very slightly. It is proposed to adapt and Supplement the modern efficiency management apparatus with the recovery cycle of complex technical systems, developed for high-tech sectors of the national economy for the operation of civil buildings, taking into account their features as non-productive systems with a very high social status. Priority additions, determining the effectiveness of management of the rehabilitation cycle of civil buildings, proposed to use indicators of frequency (repeatability) of adverse situations in users of buildings and a set of socially significant costs to ensure the quality of the functioning of the building for a long time. The proposed additions provide a theoretical basis for the applied methods of management of the recovery cycle of complex systems based on the probabilistic analysis of the existing methods of technical operation of buildings.

THE BASE OF THE CENTRAL MOVEMENTS AND SCHOOLS OF ZEN BUDDHISM
Author: Aleksandrova O.A.
Description: The problem of this study is relevant in modern conditions. This is evidenced by the frequent study of the questions asked. Also the relevance of this work is due, on the one hand, a considerable interest in the topic of Buddhist traditions in modern science, on the other hand, its lack of development. The article examines the stages of Buddhist religiosity as a cultural and historical phenomenon that characterizes the anthropological aspect. The factors influencing the study of philosophical and historical features of Buddhism, as well as the consideration of the structural components of the national culture of Buddhism on the example of traditional schools of Zen Buddhism are considered. Further attention to the issue of this problem will be considered in more depth, from the point of view of a reasonable solution of particular topical problems of the subject of this decision. To understand the development of these historical processes should be determined in the main directions of the Buddhist tradition, which we consider the example of the formation of Zen Buddhism. The ways of formation of the main schools of Zen Buddhism are determined, the analysis of their formation is carried out and the main tendencies of development of the school of Chan and Zen Buddhism in modern conditions are revealed. The object of the proposed study is to analyze the conditions of formation of schools of Zen Buddhism.

STATE REGULATORY FUNCTIONS IN DEVELOPING TOURISM INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA
Author: Ribokene E.V. / Flerov O.V.
Description: The article proves the need for a thorough analysis and reconsidering of new forms and principles of interaction between Executive authorities at different levels and organizations working in tourism. It also presents a detailed activity analysis of this structure that allows us to identify the peculiarities of its functioning. Structural analysis of Federal Tourism Agency suggests that the priorities of tourism development are reflected only in the hotel industry. Besides in tourism there is no authority with control and supervision functions. Thus state management is not implemented for regulatory tasks and decisions.
