Caution! Terrorism!

Terrorism is an ideology of violence and the practice of influencing decision-making by state authorities, local governments, or international organizations, associated with the intimidation of the population and (or) other forms of unlawful violence. Being one of the most dangerous problems of global society, it poses a serious threat to the security of the world community, and Russia is among the countries that face its most aggressive manifestations. Terrorism implies an ideology of violence, and its main objective is public safety, including the life and health of people.

One of the main directions of combating terrorism and extremist manifestations in the society is prevention. It is especially important to carry out such preventive work among young people. We encourage our students to think critically about various radical ideas and proposed easy solutions to all problems. Analytical thinking and drawing independent conclusions will always help to make the right choice.

- be critical in assessing various radical ideas and suggested easy solutions to all problems,

- to analyze any calls for open acts of protest spread through social media,

- avoid any religious propaganda,

- report incidents of racially motivated psychological or physical pressure on campus to the management,

- think analytically and draw independent conclusions that will always help make the right choices.
